These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Lekerly. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Warranty policies.

2. Using this website

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Prices and availability

• All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown separately at checkout.
• Prices and stock availability may change without notice. Sale prices apply only while stock lasts or for the period stated.
• While we take care to display correct prices, errors can happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation email confirms that we’ve received your order, not that it has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm payment and dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where stock is unavailable or fraud is suspected) — if this happens, any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full card details. Orders are only processed once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is handled as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cooling-off, returns and warranty

You may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, as provided for in section 44 of the ECTA. Faulty goods are dealt with according to the Consumer Protection Act and the manufacturer’s warranty. Full details are in our Returns & Warranty policy.

8. Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Images are for illustration only, and colours, packaging and minor features may vary slightly. Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and may change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lekerly is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the products purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to Lekerly or its licensors. Product names, brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse site content without written permission.

11. Links to other websites

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
