Where we deliver
We deliver to residential and business addresses across all nine provinces of South Africa using trusted, tracked courier partners. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside South Africa or to PO Boxes.
Delivery times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, typical delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak periods such as Black Friday, festive season and back-to-school, as well as weather or courier delays, may add extra time.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. You will always see the full delivery cost before you pay.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time in My Account.
Receiving your parcel
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address during business hours.
- Check the outer packaging before signing. If the box is visibly damaged, note it on the courier’s waybill or refuse the delivery and contact us.
- If the courier cannot deliver, they will usually try again or contact you to arrange a new time. Repeated failed deliveries may result in a re-delivery fee.
Missing or damaged items
If something is missing from your order or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Large and bulky items
Furniture, large appliances and other bulky items may be shipped separately and can take slightly longer. Where this applies, we’ll keep you informed.
