Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Lekerly collects, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number and password.
• Order details: billing and delivery addresses, products purchased and order history.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send us through our contact form, email or phone.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims
• To manage your account and respond to your enquiries
• To prevent fraud and keep our website secure
• To improve our website, products and service
• To send you marketing communications, but only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
• To meet our legal and tax obligations

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary with:

• courier and logistics partners, to deliver your orders;
• payment providers, to process payments;
• IT, hosting, email and analytics service providers who help us run the website;
• manufacturers or authorised repair agents, when processing a warranty claim;
• authorities, where we are required to by law.

Our service providers are required to keep your information confidential and secure. Where information is processed outside South Africa, we ensure adequate protection as required by POPIA.

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, remember your preferences and understand how our site is used. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

• withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) via inforegulator.org.za.
