SA Filament SBS Hyper in black is a flexible, durable 3D printing filament that is easy to work with. SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) is a thermoplastic elastomer that combines the rigidity of polystyrene with the flexibility and toughness of butadiene rubber, making it a versatile material for a wide range of projects.SBS is known for its impact resistance and ability to handle stress and bending, and it prints with a smooth surface finish. Its relatively low printing temperatures and easy extrusion make it simpler to print than many other flexible filaments such as TPU, and it gives off less odour than materials like ABS, making it more pleasant to use indoors. As a styrene-based material, SBS prints can be smoothed using acetone vapour or D-Limonene.Compared with ABS, SBS offers more flexibility and is easier to print thanks to lower warping.
